ONLINE SUBMISSION

The Salon Awards - 2025 consist of online submissions; materials must be submitted by 11:59pm, June 16, 2025.

If you foresee a conflict meeting this deadline please contact us at hello@salonawards.co.uk. Once the deadline has passed no further submissions can be uploaded.

ENTRY COMPLETION

Create your member account .

  • Select the category you wish to enter, and submit your information according to the specifications for the category
  • All supporting materials listed are required.
  • Videos are a compulsory element for each category.
  • Do not reference your company name in the written submission, and ensure that there are no logos in the photos and floor plans you use
  • Entries will be saved in your member account, and can be edited up until the entry deadline (11:59pm, June 16, 2025). If you require assistance with submissions, please contact our office at hello@salonawards.co.uk.

Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. Information given on the entry form will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media.

ENTRY FEE

  • Entry Fees are £6.00 plus VAT per entry 
  • Entry fees are processed by Stripe
  • Entry fees are non-refundable

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

  • Online submission, including all supporting documentation and payment (arrangements), must be complete by 11:59pm, June 16, 2025.
  • After this deadline, the committee reserves the right to extend the deadline for a SPECIFIC category and solicit additional entries in the event that there are less than three entries from a minimum of two companies in the category in question.

FINAL NOTES

  • Salon Awards reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice or refund
  • Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of Salon Awards
  • Salon Awards reserves the right to realign categories due to volume of entries. If this process should take place, entrants will be notified
  • If there are fewer than two entries in any category, Salon Awards reserves the right to eliminate that category from the competition. Refunds will be given to those who have entered a cancelled category
  • The applicant must be in good standing as of December 31, 2024 in order to submit an application
  • The applicant must be in good standing of the on the night of the Salon Awards - 2025 in order to receive an award
  • The applicant if shortlisted is expect to attend the in-person award presentation
  • Entries in the individual categories are portable and still stand if the applicant leaves a salon. You must update us of any changes that might affect your entry.
  • When you submit any form as an enquiry or to enter the Salon Awards you are consenting to share your data with us for the purpose of the awards administration and entry process. Our data management is governed in accordance with the latest data protection and privacy policy.
  • All entrants agree to be bound by these rules

JUDGING PROCESS

Salon Awards - 2025 - Judges will bring their professional experience and unique perspectives. Judges will review the submissions independently, and score your entry against others in your category through a private, online system. Finalists and winners are only selected using the scores provided by the judges. There are no "nominations" and "no public votes".
